Mary Kay birthday party!

For my friend Amanda's birthday she had a mother daughter Mary Kay party. i had so much fun :D We got to try a lot of the products. and did makeovers we did lips eyes and skin. we also did a satin hand treatment witch was really cool it made my hands so soft! and my fav was the foundation! here is a pic of us girls:

what i did: work and then Spanish.
Wednesday: shirt: a gift from a friend its from American eagle jeans: from the same friend! lol cept i bought them from her because they were to big. necklace: American eagle (first time i got to wear it and i love it!) bracelets: wal-mart one thing i love about these shirts is that they are "all season shirts" you can wear then all year long because they are light weight enough for summer but not to summery looking for winter. and i love them for spring! :)

what i did: shopped with my family and fencing and then youth group witch was really fun we did a gift exchange and i got a 12 pack of Pepsi! lol i have 3 cans left!

what i did: i worked for my grandma and then i went and seen a lil of my brothers last basket ball game and then went to a Christmas program for some people from Spanish class. i had a lot of fun they are all really good singers!

Friday: we had a homeschool thing were we went and made crafts and went to a nursing home and sang and gave them to the residents. :) then i had to work. i did have another birthday party today but had to work. lol

Saturday: went to watch Phoebe and Zach play b-ball. and then...i went to work... again. lol.

Sunday: Church was cancelled this week due to weather so we stayed home snowed and and did nothing really. lol it was great! though i was really sad that we didn't have church :(.....but this was the first Sunday in my life that i got t sleep in till 10! and i needed the sleep i had had late nights that week.

Ok so we didn't have Internet yesterday so that's why I'm a day late!Monday: Ok so these are my comfys i love em! i don't really wear them outside the house."sweats were made to we worn inside your house not to the supermarket,airport,or on late night yogurt runs. you can be comfortable..[and not look like a slob]'' -style by Lauren Conrad. i don't really follow this "rule'' because i have to wear them to fencing. and sometimes i just want to be comfy! well i was going to wear them to my 4-H meting but then i got a call from work asking me to work for someone so i had to change! :P but anyway gray sweatshirt: American eagle (I'm in LOVE with this sweatshirt! it so soft and amazing!) white tee: wet seal black tank: target sweatpants:American eagle (i really love these too! :D)
still Monday....i had to throw something together really fast for work. and i know i wear this shirt a lot and its not really because i like it so much (i do really like it though!) its just a really easy shirt to throw on. lol shirt:American eagle black and white tanks: Buckle jeans: American eagle shoes: target (these are my black Friday deal!) necklace:American eagle

what i did: well i kinda already said but i had a 4-H meeting but the i had to work.
Tuesday: so i didn't really wear this shirt all day i changed to a diff one! lol shirt: target jeans: Buckle.

Wednesday: did a lil Christmas shopping and then fencing and youth group.

last week i was reading psalm 18 and verse 30 really hit me it says:

Psalm 18:30- ''as for God His way is perfect; the word of the LORD is proven; he is a shield to all who trust him''

wow! this verse is so awesome don't you think? And faith building and so reassuring! when i read it I went back and reread and reread it :) its just so amazing to think about how perfect God is. And then i look at myself and see how not perfect i am. (I think of the song ''I'm not perfect'' by Robert Pierre) Its very humbling when you think about it. And His word is proven true. We have been talking a lot lately in Sunday school about how Gods word is truth.

-its objective

-its absolute

-its universal

-its unchanging

-its knowable

-and it been proven to be all thoughs things and more threw out history. its been proven to be true.

He is a shield to all who trust Him. If we trust him he is there for us, a shield for us. what do you think about when you think about a shield? i think about something somebody uses to protect them selves in a battle. So God is our shield if we trust him. He protects us.

i hope you have enjoyed my thoughts on this verse. And i would like to here yours too!

Monday: was my first day of nothingness since break and i enjoyed it to the fullest! it was awesome. :P oh yeah i wore pj's lol.

Tuesday: shirt: American eagle (this is a great way to make a summer shirt work for winter!) cardigan: target (got this on black Friday! wasn't on sale though...leave it to me to find the one thing that isn't on sale on black Friday! lol), jeans: American eagle, necklace: American eagle.

Wednesday: what i did: shop! got some pretty good deals too! and fencing and youth group.

Thursday: work at my grandmas

Friday: work and then went shopping(got a really good deal at American eagle that i was pretty proud of :P) with a friend and then spent the night at her house. and it was a blast we had a great time. :)
Saturday: sweater:American eagle (got it Wednesday when i went shopping), jeans: buckle brand from Plato's closet, necklace: American eagle (got this Friday when i was shopping love it!!!), bracelet: buckle (Friday. lol)

what i wore...22-28th

Sorry for the lack of pics this week i was kinda busy.....
Monday: shirt: American eagle, jeans:American eagle, white tee: target, black tank: target, cross necklace: gift from Kohls (it is there even if you cant see it (: ) i love this necklace i got it for Christmas last year from my parents its a little cross that says "live by faith not by sight'' in tiny lettering i will have to get a better pic of it sometime

what i did: school, bright lights (we are doing a really good study right now that has caused me to ask myself some questions i plan on posting further on this)
Tuesday what i did: work and Spanish

Wednesday: i had to go with my mom to the eye doctor and and drive her back. and then i went to my Grandma Stewart and visited her for a while and then my aunt and cousins came from Kansas. Then I went to work and my other Grandmas. and then at night we went to Grandma Stewarts again and ate supper with everyone.
Thursday: thanksgiving! i wanted to wear something thanksgiving..ish and this is what i came up with. in the future i will never wear this shirt and those jeans together again i just don't like the way they look together. but anyway shirt: target (this is 1 of 2 things i have that's orange its really not my color but the purple pulls it together i think) jeans: buckle (these are my fav jeans i don't think they do the shirt justice though..) oh well we all have those days when we don't really like what we picked out to wear.....right? i hope ''we'' do i hate to think I'm the only one. eek! black flats: a store in town. (I'm in love with these shoes! i would love to wear them more except they hurt my feet! lol)

what i did: we went to my grandparents on my moms side and ate and ate and ate and...yeah you get it. and then we came home and played games and watched a movie.

Friday: Stewart family tradition every black Friday we go to Ankeny and do a little shopping and then out to eat for breakfast at IHOP.then we go to get our Christmas tree! and then come home play games and watch movies. its a fun day all around :)
Saturday: shirt: ISU book store in Ames, jeans:Plato's closet, necklace:i know you cant see it but its there it was a gift, hair pin:target on black Friday! love it!

what i did: since i was lacking in sleep the last couple of days i slept in and then i worked (at the library) from 12-5. long day! but i got some movies ( new in town, and the new movie that came out this year Amelia) at work and came home and stayed up late and watched them (since i was all caught up on my sleep. :P)

Sunday: Me,Dad,Grace,Phoebe,and Thad went to church (Zach and Jeb were sick and mom stayed with them) but we left early because Thad didn't feel well.
